Whether you are an experienced micro-provider or just starting out, the network will support, validate and raise the profile and reputation of micro-providers locally.

Every micro-provider will work to the Care Connections principles and standards, designed to help our Service Users feel comfortable, confident, and in control of their care.
Micro-Providers in the network must:
- Commit to a shared code of conduct
- Pledge to meet each client’s needs
- Promote independence
- Value diversity
- Respond appropriately to changing circumstances
- Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
Micro-Providers in the network will be:
- DBS checked
- Fully insured
- Fair and transparent in their pricing
- Appropriately trained
A small annual membership fee applies, which helps the Blackdown Support Group fund and deliver this service.
